Evidence for High Performance Working Practices
This report assesses the evidence for the uptake of high performance working practices across our sector. SfC&D commisssioned IFF Research Ltd to look at the impact and benefits fo adopting high performance working practices and about how employers can make these practices work for them. The research included survey evidence and five employer case studies to explore in depth how HPWPS were put into practice and their impact.
